Definition:  A hard fatty substance made from rendered animal fat, used in making candles and soap. Tallow is a rendered form of beef fat. It is solid at room temperature. Tallow can be stored for extended periods without the need for refrigeration to prevent decomposition, provided it is kept in an airtight container to prevent oxidation.  Finest quality Beef Tallow for culinary uses as well as an ingredient in soap making and skin care products.
