Tallow can be stored for extended periods without the need for refrigeration to prevent decomposition, provided it is kept in an airtight container to prevent oxidation.  Finest quality Beef Tallow for culinary uses as well as an ingredient in soap making and skin care products. A creamy unbleached beef tallow rendered from only pure beef fat with no additives.
